These steering boxes are designed for use in applications where a reverse rotation of the pitman shaft is required, such as street rods, rat rods, t-buckets, and early model hot rod projects. Reverse rotation means that when you turn the input shaft clockwise, the output shaft will turn counter-clockwise, and vice versa. These steering boxes are much stronger than the reversed "Vega" steering boxes and require no maintenance after the break-in and adjustment period.

You can use these steering boxes for that cross-steering project and rest assured that they are strong enough to do the job.
